Meet The Team
Mark Barnes
Owner & President
Mark Barnes is the part owner of Barnes Collision along with his wife, Julie Barnes. He founded Barnes Collision Repair Center in 1991. He began his career in the industry in 1982. He is I-CAR, GM, and Axalta certified. Over the years, he has worn many hats as body technician, painter, head estimator, and general manager. In more recent years, Mark has moved from a hands-on role in the shop to a more supervisory role.
Julie Barnes
Owner & CFO
Julie has been co-owner and CFO of Barnes Collision since 1991. She has over 30 years of experience managing payroll, handling taxes, auditing final bills, writing estimates, and negotiating with insurance companies.
Allison Hinnant
General Manager
As a child of Mark and Julie, Allison began her career sweeping floors at a young age and over the years worked her way up to General Manager, a role she has held since 2019. She has a degree in Business Administration from Wake Tech and specializes in writing estimates, blueprinting repairs, overseeing supplements, communicating with insurance companies, ordering parts, and performing final inspection of all vehicles. She does it all!
David Speight
Estimator
David has worked at Barnes Collision since 2007, and has been in the industry for over 25 years. He graduated from Florida State University before moving on to serve in the US Air Force. He is I-CAR certified. David is our head estimator, and helps with writing supplements and ordering parts.
Mac Whited
Technician
Mac has worked at Barnes Collision since 1998 and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Along with being I-CAR certified, he also possesses certifications in welding, frame repair, rivet bonding, and aluminum repair.
Telle Quiterio
Head Painter
Telle has been with Barnes Collision since 1995, and has 20 years of experience as a painter. He is certified by Axalta Refinishing as a pro-level refinish technician. He specializes in color and texture matching, blending, and color sanding and polishing. As the painter, Telle has the important job of making the vehicle look as flawless as it did prior to any damage.
Nick Jones
Head of RV Department
Nick has been with Barnes Collision since 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in RV repair. Nick RV’s, 5th wheels, travel trailers, and more.
